Here we have our classic ground beef tacos in crispy corn shells. Yes, you can make your own crispy shells but we took the easy route for the quick & easy weeknight recipe.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink and cooked through, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
- Drain grease from the meat. Return meat to skillet and add the taco seasoning and water to skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble tacos by placing beef in shells and top with pico de gallo, lettuce and cheese. Serve with a side of sour cream and guacamole. Enjoy!
