Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tbsp. taco seasoning (our taco seasoning recipe)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups pico de gallo (our pico de gallo recipe)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 crunchy corn taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole (our guacamole recipe)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink and cooked through, approximately 8 to 12 minutes. 
  2. Drain grease from the meat. Return meat to skillet and add the taco seasoning and water to skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  3. Assemble tacos by placing beef in shells and top with pico de gallo, lettuce and cheese. Serve with a side of sour cream and guacamole. Enjoy!
