Lemon pepper chicken wings. No need to say anymore than that!

Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups vegetable oil, omit if baking
- 1 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
Frying
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan/skillet to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, stir olive oil, salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Set aside.
- Fry the chicken wings in hot oil until no longer pink at the the bone and juices run clear, about 8 minutes. Internal temperature near the bone should read 165°F.
- Remove wings from oil, pat dry with a paper towel. Toss wings with olive oil and Lemon Pepper seasoning mixture to coat.
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, stir olive oil, salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Set aside.
- Transfer wings to a large rimmed baking sheet with metal rack and bake until golden and crispy, about 50 minutes. Internal temperature near the bone should read 165°F.
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy.
