Oven-Baked Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs. chicken drumsticks
  • 1 bottle of Kinder's Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce , halved
  • cooking spray
  • 2 green onions, chopped finely (optional)
  • sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash chicken drumsticks and dry thoroughly before cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss chicken drumsticks with half bottle of Kinder's Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, refrigerate for between 1 to 4 hours. 
  4. Arrange drumsticks onto greased baking rack and place rack onto foil-lined cookie sheet.
  5. Bake between 30-35min or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. 
  6. Once cooked, coat drumsticks with Teriyaki sauce. 
  7. Bake for additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and immediately coat with more Teriyaki sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm.
